Shipping policy

Every print is made to order in Melbourne. Unframed prints dispatch in 3 to 5 business days. Framed prints and canvas dispatch in 7 to 10 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and delivery address. We ship tracked across Australia. We don't ship internationally yet.

Framed pieces and canvases are packed by hand with rigid corner protection so they arrive in one piece. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@thearthatch.com.au with a photo and we'll replace it.

Melbourne pickup is available on request. Email hello@thearthatch.com.au after ordering and we'll arrange it.
